What a day we had yesterday at the southern England Karate Open.
We only took a small team with us but the results were amazing

Today we traveled just up the road to Dagenham to compete at the KDF spring Championships. We’ve had a Fantastic day winning a whooping 7 Gold medals π₯ 6 Silver π₯ 10 Bronze π₯
