About The Competition Squad
The competition squad are coached in very advanced techniques and competitive sparring, preparing them in competing at national and international competition.
Here they work on competing at the highest standard’s to compete at the highest level’s. Fitness levels, kata techniques and fighting techniques is taught to our students. Our competition squad help support every student who wish to one day compete on a national stage.
Classes
Classes are run in a safe environment for students to learn in, they promote health, wellbeing and fitness for all ages and abilities.
We run group classes with a maximum of 25 students, plus we also offer smaller groups and 1:1 private tuition on request.
Students can progress through the belt ranks to achieve senior student status with a progressive nature to the classes, however, we know that not every student wants to compete professionally, so the classes are also perfect for recreational karate, and children are guaranteed to have fun!
