IKA FITKIDS
We aim to get your children fit and strong.
Physical activity strengthens children’s bones, muscles, hearts and lungs, it improves children’s coordination, balance, posture and flexibility and helps children stay at a healthy weight.
You don’t have to be an existing member of IKA Karate Academy to Join our classes as we are open to all children aged 7-17 years old of all abilities.
Fight Club
Fight club is a 90 minute group session where classes focus on Kumite sparring and also learn how kumite scoring works.
Fight club is full contact class giving you physical experience but in a safe environment.
