Our Classes
Our Classes are held on Wednesdays at Inspire Suffolk Inspire Suffolk
Lindbergh Road IP3 9QX, Tuesday and Thursday at Suffolk New College, Grimwade St, Ipswich IP4 1LT and Fridays and Saturdays at 24th Scouts Hall 330A Bramford Road IP1 5AX.
Classes are run in a safe environment for students to learn in, they promote health, wellbeing and fitness for all ages and abilities.
We run group classes with a maximum of 25 students, plus we also offer smaller groups and 1:1 private tuition on request.
Students can progress through the belt ranks to achieve senior student status with a progressive nature to the classes, however, we know that not every student wants to compete professionally, so the classes are also perfect for recreational karate, and children are guaranteed to have fun!
