So proud of our students today, each and everyone of them gave it their all and put IKA on the map at our first live competition the central England 24th karate championships and we got a few medals too!
A world class venue and world class competitors!
We have only been together for 5 months and we managed to come away with this many medals, imagine how many we will get next year!

Today we traveled just up the road to Dagenham to compete at the KDF spring Championships. We’ve had a Fantastic day winning a whooping 7 Gold medals π₯ 6 Silver π₯ 10 Bronze π₯
